  1. Abdominal crunches- it is quite similar to the normal sit ups but there is a little difference that you need to stop moving your feet when they are just a few inches above the ground. There is another difference that sit ups mainly work on hips and on the other hand crunches solve the main purpose say they work on the abs. for performing the activity you have to stand your hips forty five degrees angle and the legs in ninety degrees angle and most importantly the feet should tightly touch the ground. Touch the ears from behind and try to reduce the distance between the ribcage and pelvis.
  2. The Quadruped- one of your hand and feet should touch the ground and one arm should be in air and the head should be in front. The left leg should be straight in the air and should also be parallel to the floor. Be in the same situation for as long as you can and the results will surely be out in short period of time.
  3. Deadlifts- stand straight in front of the barbell and maintain a good grip. Arms and knees should be in opposite direction and the head should up firmly. Just keep on looking at the ceiling and that is how making a ninety degrees angle. This exercise really affects the whole body which includes arms, legs, back and hips too.
  4. The Plank- just stands straight and put your whole body weight on your toes. It is quite a simple exercise as there is nothing to which you have to work harder just choose a situation and be in that situation for a longer period of time.
  5. Plank Standside- it is quite common to the basic one just a small difference is there that you just have to move only one hand here and stay in the same condition for as long as you can.
